East Coast Working Equitation (ECWE) was founded by a passionate group of equestrians in Atlantic Canada who wanted to share their love of Working Equitation (WE) and create opportunities for others to discover and enjoy this unique sport. As a not-for-profit organization, our mission is to educate, inspire, and support the East Coast equestrian community in exploring the four phases of Working Equitation: dressage, ease of handling, obstacles, and speed.

We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where riders of all levels can learn, grow, and connect with like-minded enthusiasts. Through events, competitions, and resources, ECWE facilitates opportunities for riders and their horses to deepen their bond, build confidence, and enjoy the challenges and rewards of Working Equitation.
